Background: You are deploying a new installation of Exchange 2013 using the CU7 media. Exchange 2013 CU8

Exchange 2013 CU8 (Cumulative Update 8) was released on 3-17-2015.  Note: CU8 has recently been replaced, click here for CU9. Some of the CU8 features we've have heard about so far: CU8 contains the new signout.aspx page, but the code will by default continue to send users logging off to logon.aspx.  The new code can be manually enabled if one chooses.  Once CU9 comes out the new code will be enabled by default. “Only one PublicFolderMigration job is allowed for an organization” when migrating to Exchange 2013

Issue: You are attempting to re-run a previously failed public folder migration request and receive the error "Only one PublicFolderMigration job is allowed at a time for an organization."
