Exchange 2013 CU12 came out in May 2016 and is the most recent release of Exchange 2013.  Note: Cumulative Update 10 or higher is required to co-exist with Exchange 2016.  Upgrading to CU12 may require an AD schema upgrade depending on your current version of Exchange 2013.
